Hello, I am Andile Mcobothi, the CEO and founder of Future Goals Academy and Future Goals Foundation. I previously worked as a corporate finance analyst and now serve as the NBA Africa Project Manager for the Basketball Africa League. I hold a BSc in Biology and Honours in Genetics and Developmental Biology from the University of Witwatersrand, along with a Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst Certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. I am also pursuing my CFA Level 1. With over six years of coaching experience and an NSA Level 2 accreditation, I am passionate about empowering young women through netball and education, fostering both personal and athletic growth.

My accolades include winning the Mail & Guardian 2024 Power of Women (Sport Category), the IDEAL Emerging Leader Award (2024), and the 2023 Project of the Year (Gauteng Women in Sport). I have been named Second Runner-Up in the Young Leaders Connect IDEAL Entrepreneurship Awards, featured in Feature Magazine’s 50 Most Memorable Women of 2024, and honored as one of Sunday World’s Unsung Heroes of 2024. Additionally, I was a finalist for the Female Founders Initiative Global – Social Impact Leader and a nominee for the Nedbank Youth X Change Makers Awards. My work reflects a deep commitment to creating opportunities for young athletes to thrive both on and off the court.
